I should probably post this as a discussion, but here goes:
It's been like 10-14 years since my grandparents have passed (old age, within a few years of eachother). Past Truth

Today is a bittersweet day. I realized my last period, in late June/early July may have been the last ever. Since then, I had a light one, then the nasty old p.m.s. symptoms every two or three weeks involving sleeplessness, wicked cold-like symptoms, increased edema, moodiness, followed by some spotting, maybe a couple of light cramps, then nothing. It's funny that after complaining about those awful symptoms and cursing the mess of heavy flows, I'm feeling quite wistful.
